Firenze (Laines du Nord)

Yarn Firenze by the Italian brand Laines du Nord, is one of the latest additions to the brand’s yarn range. Currently, we have Firenze yarn in 6 shades.

Thanks to the composition (75% merino wool, 20% baby alpaca, 5% nylon) and manufacturing technology of the yarn, Laines du Nord Firenze yarn is a very soft, and warm wool. It is chunky but not heavy. Garments made from it will be light weight. It is absolutely itch free. Laines du Nord Firenze is also a good choice for the knitters enjoying instant gratification from quick knits. The recommended needle size for Laines du Nord Firenze is 9-10 mm. (We sell interchangeable circular 9 mm needles HERE).

According to the manufacturer’s information, for an Italian size 42 sweater 6-7 skeins of Firenze will be required.
